Just Helping if you didn't get the quest
1. Recheck the quest (Open the chest)
2. you need to complete book of estoric world quest
3. find all the enigmatic page (1 - 13 except 10)
4. do Wish Fulfilling Treasure hunt to get the number 10
You should get the quest after that. If not than reopen the game to reset

Oh my fucking god... I didn't check location 2 because I was 100% sure I solved it, but turns out I didn't light up those torches and I still had that pyro Baizhu skill looking thing still floating there...

And if you're still not getting the quest activate all enigmatic pages (1-13) on that book stand looking mark. (you know you got them all when you get achievement "Narzissencreuz Notes: The Labyrinth") Then just continue following the guide at 9:00

So to get to all this you need to do book of esoteric something quest then go through all 6 looking glasses then do pursuit part 1 and 2 and then talk to that earshaw guy to get the happy birthday quest... Thats one too many prerequisites for a single damn quest..
