For those asking about the date, I had the same problem. It was quite confusing as there does not appear to be a setting for the date.

However, I found if you set the time to auto and then connect your watch to your phone then the date will automatically change to the date and time that is on your phone.

When the same format is used for setting the date, here's the procedure. For example, to set May 20, 2023, enter the following depending on the date format:
• MM/DD/YYYY: 052023
• DD/MM/YYYY: 200523
• YYYY/MM/DD: 230520
(The first two digits of the year are fixed and cannot be changed. The year ranges from 2017 to 2037.)

The only way I found to fix the date is to pair it with my android phone, let it do some system updates and it got fixed.

As everyone has pointed out for a year, this video does not match the title. Most people can figure out how to change the time, but the date--it's not straightforward. Simply change the title of the stupid video if you don't want the vitriol.

I thought changing the date uses the same approach. Only the last two digits can be changed for the year (2017 - 2037).
