🌊WATER STREAMING ROCK SMASHING FIST🌊
— a martial art created and taught by S class Hero rank 3, Silverfang, popularly known as Bang, it has a perfect mix of defense and offense, not only being able to damage very well, but also deflecting almost every hit, shooting them back at the opponent.

💣WHIRLWIND IRON CUTTING FIST💣
— Destructive martial art taught by Bomb, it destroys far more, with low defense, pretty much exploding things.

🟦ROARING SKY AURA RIPPING FIST🟥
— A mix of Water streaming rock Smashing Fist and Whirlwind Iron Cutting Fist, it basically mixes the power and control of both and creates a massiva wave of destruction, making colorful shockwaves.

🔥FIGHTING SPIRIT🔥
— A will to win the fight, an endless source of adrenaline, that makes the person stronger the more they get beaten up, Garou gained this ability by copying Metal Bat.

🛡GENERAL IMMUNITY🛡
— Immunity to poison, bullets, fire, radiation, water, electricity, piercing.

☢️NUCLEAR FISSION☢️
— A punch that once it hits it creates dozens of explosions equivalent to powerful nuclear bombs.

— as the name suggests, this move creates a powerful gamma ray burst that could probably wipe out entire stars, maybe even solar systems.

— Garou copied this ability from Blast, it basically makes your punches have a lot of power and knockback.

— also an ability that Garou copied from Blast, just a normal portal.

— Allows Garou to turn the enemys powers into his own, and create a "Mode" out of them, with their powers and moves.

— gained by copying Saitama's moves, which are:

He can create hyper space tunnels, blast stars into oblivion, can maybe time travel “he knew the technique it is just if he is strong enough to use it”, copy the same serious punch that sent the dominator of the universe into a early grave, he emits a cosmic radiation that was able to kill S class heros, cause mini gamma ray bursts, and has created a technique that was able to send flashy flash and platinum speed being who faster than light miles away and that was before he was even in his cosmic state
