If I wanted to learn and be able to build deep learning systems, self-driving cars in particular what would be a suggested path? What languages and programs would I need to learn?

Hello, i have simulation of a single stage, single phase flyback inverter, feded by a pv array. The control is okay but the output current can't be in phase with the grid voltage, even i have a PLL controler but nothing works, with all the modifcations that i do current and voltage can't be in phase, current is lagging about 90 degrees, what can i do?? :(

I need solar, wind, battery and load (variable).
Depending on solar and wind power the battery should charge, discharge or isolate.
