The error code 9 means there are air bubbles in your device.
This is the most common cause of the error code:
• Air bubbles in your Keurig’s tubes.

Now, let's look at the best solutions you can apply to fix this error code:
Remove the air bubbles
1. Locate the water reservoir lid at the top of your machine.
2. Lift the lid and pour clean, filtered water into the reservoir. Do this carefully so you don’t exceed the maximum limit line.
3. Unplug your Keurig and wait a few minutes.
4. Plug in your coffee maker.
5. Push the 12-ounce and K-Cup buttons at the same time. Hold these buttons down until the coffee maker switches off.
6. Push the 12-ounce and K-Cup buttons again. Hold these buttons down as before until your coffee maker switches on.
7. Continue holding down these buttons to force out the air bubbles. Do so until the reservoir empties.
8. Release the buttons when the water reservoir empties.
9. Add water to the reservoir and brew a cup of coffee. Your machine should work without the error code.
