11:00 Interesting. c4 looks like it might be a good way to add pressure in the Breyer Variation of the Caro-Kann. Yes, e4 is already committed in the Breyer Variation, but it too follows a King’s Indian structure.

Great video advocating for 1.Nf3 going into KIA or Reti depending on Black’s set up. Another possibility that is extremely effectively vs d5/c5/Nc6 is a reversed exchange Grunfeld set up or if Black avoids cxd & keeps the position closed after White plays d4, with say e6, White can transpose into a neo-Catalan set up where Black at best ends up with either a firmly blockaded IQP or a passive Tarrasch def with hanging (vulnerable) pawns at c5 & d5. The most difficult set up to meet vs 1.Nf3 is a “mirror” KID or the hybrid dbl fianchetto KID set up… if you could do a video on how after 1.Nf3 to play against Black’s KID set up and dbl fianchetto set up, that would be very useful and novel as there are virtually no videos on 1.Nf3 vs KID and dbl fianchetto set ups.

Great video! Excellent ideas (re the c4 break) to counteract Black’s combination classical center occupation coupled with Queenside castling

Could you please do a video on what the 1.Nf3 (reverse KID/Pirc) player should do if Black responds with 1.Nf3 2. g3, b6! 3.Bg2, g6! going into a double Fianchetto set up? Because Black had refrained from occupying the center with any pawns it unclear how white should proceed. I’ve tried b3 to meet the double Fianchetto with my own double Fianchetto & hopefully get black to commit in the center first but it ended up a very drawing symmetrical English, as Black just copied my moves.

What could be a good King's Indian type setup against 1. e4? Eager to watch your masterclass on the defense and hope for a masterclass on the attack as well. Love your content take care
