Honestly as a former fat person who lost 100 pounds, I hate seeing people encouraged and enabled to continue their addiction to food and not making changes. Losing weight literally saved my life and I wouldn’t wish being obese on anyone. Obese people are addicted to food, it’s an addiction just like alcohol or drugs or anything else. Don’t enable addicts.

I grew up in a large family where everyone was obese. The negative side of that was a lack of encouragement to change. Years later it caught up to me with health problems. I've lost 150 pounds and need to lose another 25. The biggest regret is that I spent all those years ruining my health, and I can't turn back the clock.

A doctor told her to "shrink your body", who talks like that but delusional people.
She speaks as if her body is divided from her being. It's a way of avoiding responsibilty and accountibility. She can subvert the language but that won't allow her to avoid her inevitable outcome due to her poor health.

2. I do discriminate based on level of fatness. I dont care if anyone doesn't like that.
3. My "anti-fat" position is based both on asthetics and on health. Dont believe it? I don't care.
4. The "solution" to "fat phobia" is not for you to become thin. I don't care if you ever become thin. However, point 2 still stands.
