How much power loss is there with these catalytic converters compared to a straight pipe ? I'm asking for a 2 Liter 4G63T engine that will be producing 600-800 HP on street and 1000 + HP for track use.
So if without a catalytic converter the car makes 800 HP, how much power loss can I expect by adding a nice big(as biggest as recommended) cat converter??

Also, if I am only going to make 1000 HP maximum can I still use a catalytic converter rated at 1500+ HP? Will that only just lessen my power loss?
