Google School/Work Account users can use Workspaces in Google Drive to create custom groupings of files from My Drive, Shared Drives, Backed up Computers, Shared with me, and Recent files, making files you need to use now easier to get to.

Sample uses:
-make files that are buried in a foldering system easier to access by adding them to workspaces
-create workspaces by sets of files you use regularly but don't need front-and-center all the time; hide the workspace when you're not using them, and unhide for easy access when you need them again
