Even if you don’t love the look. You have to appreciate the convenience of not having to hover over every single egg to find the mob you want.

I like it a lot. They changed it for color purposes. They changed the ores(diamond iron gold etc.) a while back for those who are color blind and I think they are doing the same with the eggs.

It's a little clunky looking, but I am also looking forward to being able to find a spawn egg significantly faster!

As a Minecraft OG (since 2010) I'm glad the eggs are changing cause I get sick of having to put my cursor over each egg just to find the one I want

I like it, cause it used to be such a pain to find a specific mob if they had similar colors to other mobs. Now it’s easy

The polka dots made sense with OG Minecraft. But now it’s hard to find and differentiate them with how many mobs there are

I liked how the old eggs looked like eggs. Made it feel more natural. Although I do remember how I had to go through the list multiple times to find mobs that didn't have sensible egg colors.

I pride myself with knowing most of the spawn eggs by heart 😌 I prefer the old version but I understand the need for them to be more distinct.

Most of the egg designs are good, some are pretty bad though. (Ex: the glow squid) Im also not a fan of them being different sizes, it just looks odd.

Ngl as someone who hasn’t played Minecraft in ages I think tbis is a hood change as I can’t really remember what mobs are in what eggs 😂

Honestly I love this change. I am not playing Minecraft often and there are just too many mobs now. Before the old textures where great because there where so few mobs you could easily find them by what color they had. Now it’s impossible and I always go into creative and see the cool new mobs they added.

Overall designs I'd say 8/10 plz make the noses smaller

I like the og og eggs. Creeper, skeleton, sipder, cow etc... With so many eggs now it was really needed. I was surprised at how easier it is to find mobs now.

I’m kind of sick and tired with having to remember all the eggs and what they summon. So in my eyes. This is a really good idea. They could probably make the eggs look a little better but hey. It’s not a thing just yet so there is still time to work on it.
