_I deleted a pile of apps, photos and videos and the error message still showed up...The only sure way around it was to do a backup & reset. After completion I had a much faster phone and a whole pile of extra memory to play with._

I got this multi purpose tablet for christmas. And I've been using it for art/drawing. And even with an SD card with like, 4 games and my drawing app I was constantly out of space and having to delete my art. Couldn't figure out why moving the stuff to my sd card didn't help... but using your tutorial I was able to move ALL the files, app data, ad caches, etc to my sd card! You saved my hide!

YouTube uses up a lot of space. Deleting cashe works. Delete old phone calls. On Chrome, touch the 3 vehicle dots and go to history and delete history. Too much history can slow your phone down. Do a phone reset, never a factory reset. Delete unused, non-factory installed apps. Go to settings and delete cashe. That'll clear up space.

This was fairly helpful. But it seems that the only reason I have this problem with my storage space is mostly due to the social media apps I have on my phone constantly filling up very quickly. I check in an hour after I cleared the data and cache that its automatically back to having it filled up. Google Search app automatically fills up after I clear it even if I don't use it. Same with IG, you tube, and google Maps. I uninstalled Facebook, after deleting the data as well. Last time I checked Facebook app was that it was originally the only app that filled my phone with an average of 247mb after it is cleared, which ads up when I use my school app, and apps I connected with friends I don't have time to see in person during the day.
