Adam Savage is awesome! I love his videos reviewing his favourite tools and his one-day projects.

Hi Nic. Awesome video, short and sweet! It's a sentiment I've heard before. I was reading an article about Steve Jobs of Apple the past week. He said something similar that went like this - If you wait to come up with the perfect plan, you'll never get started. Just do it and if you fail try something else. Words of wisdom. It's timely you posted this today. My boss at my day job told me this week I get lost in the details sometimes and that slows my productivity. My boss is awesome and mentioned it to help me succeed at my tasks at work. Your video is so true Nic.

I believe in good smart work ethics and consistency rather than goals, list, schedules, etc. I know the "gurus" preach the opposite but i have found that work ethic and consistency will trump all else every time. "smart" 2 guys each had a tree to cut down, the first guy took 8 hrs to cut the tree down with a dull chain, the 2nd guy took 30 minutes to sharpen his chain and cut the tree down in 1 hr, both had the same job with the same equipment #worksmart

Yes I agree with this phrase. Also a person who doesn't make mistakes does not do alot 🙂

Nic ... not waffle ... absolutely true what you say ... I was and sometimes still am that person who takes ages to do some thing to "perfection" but at the age I am at life is to short and have got better at not spending hours on things that no one will ever notice except myself.
I always watch your self and Andrea on Sunday night and many of your other video's, as the saying goes "never to old to learn" I look for items that you have spoken about at car boots only hope in 2021 they reopen, thanks for posting.

I know this phrase very well especially when it comes to a thumbnail over on our channel.

He was great on mythbusters, his one day builds are definitely epic. I think I've been watching him from the start.
As for the phrase, yes sometimes good enough is good enough 😃

Yeah I have a problem spending too long on photos when the other people selling stuff chuck in a table and take 3 snaps. And still sell them

Do you have a video on how to research products to sell? I saw your video about retail arbitrage and you bought heaps of those tape dispensers, how did you decide that was the right move?

It's very true, I know the expression as the perfect is the enemy of the good.

That’s all well and good, and I totally agree, but I’m a control freak perfectionist, and struggle to get past that 😬😂. More words to live by from Jimmy Diresta - another awesome YouTube Maker - If it looks straight it is straight

Oh and list it for parts! It's amazing how often it will sell anyways! lol

A great philosopher once wrote... naughty. Random shamen quote for you there. Good motto, I know a lot of people who should heed that advice, myself included sometimes.
