When in America I eat white button daily and when abroad I consume shitake daily. 45% less cancer risk and avoiding the old age smell inspires me to do so.

The indignities of old age never seem to cease! 😂 Thx for the video, PBL. The oxidation of Omega 7 fatty acids, may be that certain "je ne sais pas quoi", nonenol, that people have told me I've been smelling of recently!

Mushrooms and green leafies time to double down! 😂

I work around elderly people a lot and I always wonder why they smelled so bad. I always thought it was just poor hygiene. Come to think of it. Some of them were very hygienic but still smell bad now this explains it.

One thing I'm not clear on in this analysis is whether it's 18 g dry mass or wet mass. Because that's a very different amount of mushrooms.

Mushrooms are great food to add to dishes. It’s still important to focus on lots of fruit and carbohydrates to keep you fit and strong, Carbs FTW!! 💪💪💪

Nearly every study of diet, such as this, include the words "MAY" and "COULD".
When I'm sure of something, I use the word "WILL".

May I ask what editing program you use for your videos? I like their polished look.

Are they better for you when eaten cooked or raw?

Does anybody know if freezing and then thawing white button mushrooms and then adding them to our daily smoothie is a good way to get the nutrients?

I thought it was neat that mushrooms genetically are closer to humans than plants and they "breath" like us. O2 in CO2 out...Love mushrooms

I would have liked this video but I had to downvote it because you cut off Dr Gregor in the middle of his sentence and we missed the rest of what he had to say.

People who eat mushrooms are usually people that cook their meals from vegetable ingredients.

It "may" help. Big word "may" is used in just about every nutritional claim. It may or then it may not.
