Love the episode! It was great having Ben as a guest. I could tell he was feeling the tension of that negation 😂

Ben is such a chill thinker. His negotiation wheels were smokin! Great at reasoning for the buyer and the seller.

How do you negotiate for your time? Most of the collections you buy need to be sorted, organized, deciding what will be graded and what will be listed raw, where to sell them, the weight time between sending and receiving the graded cards, then listing or meet someone to sell the cards to. If you have a partner, who gets which cards or what percentage of the sales? Your also taking the risk of tying up your money in the meantime. It's not surprise collections get so big. It's easy to buy and hard to sell, especially the longer you wait. You both do an excellent job working these deals.

“I like buying cards… I like selling them if they sell… and also, ya know…” 😂😂😂

It's one thing to charge a flat commission % if you're selling someone else's cards, but when you're paying cash for the whole collection and assuming all the risk I don't see how you could have paid any more than 70%. I feel like you were more than fair. Love the channel and love the business aspect of it.

Great series of videos from Abilene. I pass through there alot this time of year during deer season. I will have to stop at that shop in Abilene next time. Guns and cards under the same CANT GET ANY BETTER THAN THAT!!!!

Ben did a great job!! Its good to see the collector point of view on these deals from him and the buisness side of the deal from you. Yall make a great team!

$58, 750 is a lot of money. Good job of negotiating by both parties
