Oooh the trailer at 13:42. I made that! Everything from cutting all the material, drilling all holes and welding everything. Even the sides and front/back, I did the bending. Even the aluminium box thats in the front, I welded. Fun to see :)

yeah, this brought me back to the times in the 90´s when i was 8 year old kid in south sweden malmö, thousands of people gathered to watch out in a harbour. my favourite was an insane Black Audi S2 and a Blue older camaro. it was just like th fast&furious movies. So damn cool to actually lived it and seen it in real life.

Street racing has changed a lot since the 20+ years ago I'd go to them in my town. Many people back then had fairly normal, slightly tuned cars, and it felt like it was not too much of an investment if you wanted to compete. Now it seems like you need a proper drag car. Sad.

With recent advancements in electric drivetrains, I wonder why no one is running a hybrid.
It seems to me like the biggest gains are to be made on the start line, so an electric engine for front wheels could incrnase performance massively.
