Shit, this makes more sense... since mindflare is based off nyx's total damage from the past 15secs its seems better to have a consistent source of damage that comes from your normal attack instead of having eblade and dagon with long reload time since it puts you in a situation where you are not that useful when you are reloading eblade and dagon.
