Personally i havent had a warm shower in two months, cold showers are great, i hate getting in the shower, but i get used to the ice cold water then dont want to leave it, then when im out i feel incredible, its a huge mentak and physical boost. Its what keeps me going

I think this is a common case of correlation does not = causation.
It's weird to make a billion dollars so if you did you're probably weird but random weird crap you do probably had nothing to do with it.

High-end supercars have complicated unreliable systems that require constant maintenance, if I just put random timing belts and things to make my car less reliable on, it would not just make it faster magically, it would just make it slow and unreliable.
