Azi and Ameca killing time but Azi struggles being the new kid around.

Engineered Arts desktop robots feature 32 actuators, 27 for facial control alone, and 5 for the neck.
They include AI conversational ability including GPT-4o support which makes them great robotic companions, even to each others.

The robots are following a script for this video, using one of their many voices.

Ameca still animates more smoothly and less uncanny than Azi. Instead of introducing Azi, you guys shouldve given Ameca more actuators.

After seeing optimus in action at the recent robotaxi unveil, I thinks its clear that humanoid robots will need faces. THe optimus at the bar was serving drinks to people but half the time it looked unclear who it was talking to. Eyes play such an important role in communication and I would love to see the creators of Ameca and Azi collaborate with some of these bigger companies trying to push out more advanced AI bots

I also like watching the android debate video with Han and Sophia from Hanson Robotics and the Alan Head and Alaina by Will Huff😂.
The Alan Head's voice and personality is like a cross between C-3PO and Niles Crane from Frasier. He does have excellent object recognition though.

I can't identify where the improvements are anymore, I didn't see much difference from before, apart from the fact that they are now two different robots.
