Thanks so much for the kind words regarding my Store "Revolution Records". We remember and enjoyed your visit. I was completely oblivious to this review until A customer hipped me to it! Thanks again and glad you enjoyed the vinyl!

Hey there, interesting review of a few of my favorite stores. Your reviews of Revolution and Red Scroll are spot on. However, I found your opinion of Static Era Records to be overly harsh. The walls of Static Era are covered with posters (some KISS) and there is an eclectic selection of Tshirts for sale. No mention of this in your review although you praised Revolution for the same thing. If you had a conversation with the owner, Jay, you would know he is a guy who cares deeply about the local music scene and will bend over backwards to try to help bands that come into the store to drop off CDs, records or flyers for shows. Unfortunately you didn’t stop by while there were some extremely rare Pink Floyd live LPs. These are snatched up as soon as they hit the racks. Static Era is more than a store, it’s also a record label. The owner’s passion really shows through if you want to know anything about the Connecticut Hardcore music scene. The collection of CT/HC memorabilia (CDs, tapes, 7” singles, pins and much more) are on display and Jay is always happy to talk about the history behind these items (He was/is a major player in the HC scene). I have learned a ton about HC and have been amazed by some of the folks that stop in to see him while I’ve been at the store. I’m going to chalk it up to bad timing on your part- I’m sure you know that used collections of amazing records are hard to come by, but if someone stops in or calls they will receive a fair offer and then the used racks will be bursting at the seams. You should stop by again sometime. I’m not an employee, just a guy who has been a regular customer and has watched the store grow over the past 4 1/2 years! I’ve added literally hundreds of great records to my collection and look forward to buying many more! 🤟🏻✌🏻

I agree with kashmir61, Static Era is a great store! You need to return when Jay the owner is there, great guy, very knowledgeable.

You got to visit skeletone records in Rochester nh if you ever get a chance! The owner is a huge kiss collector and can probably hook you up with whatever you need

C’mon Dylan. Your collection needs the MFSL black box Beatles collection. I lowered the price and I’ll include Beatles and solo picture discs

The Zeppelin show was the next day after Jimi died.
