The Cosmopolitan Soirée in New York City

Guests came together at this interactive cocktail‐making event to pay homage to glamorous 1988 NYC where the Cosmopolitan was first crafted with Cointreau. Located on the Plaza level of Chelsea’s storied Maritime Hotel, La Sirena provided the space for this chic and modern oasis. Cointreau Collectif 1806 Mixologist Emily Arseneau taught guests how to make this revered classic cocktail as well as creative variations like the Reverse Cosmopolitan, Winter Cosmopolitan, and Sparkling Cosmopolitan.
