This method is a hot mess, time for an overhaul. HOW can the person counting heads in a massive group be sure it's an accurate count?!?!?!

This is a mess. 1) how do they ensure the count is accurate? 2) how do you force people to vote for another candidate?! Someone could reach 14.9% of the vote at one location and all of those people would be forced to side with someone else. That gives some candidates an unfair advantage and extremely inaccurate/inflated numbers.
