Eyewitness captures the start of the Azeri military operation in Nagorno-Karabakh region

Azerbaijan's defense ministry said on Tuesday (September 19) that civilians could leave the Karabakh region via humanitarian corridors established on the Lachin road to Armenia and in other directions.

It urged civilians to stay away from what it described as legitimate military targets being attacked by Azerbaijani forces as part of Baku's "anti-terrorist" operation.
