This is my go-to tire dressing. I use in combination with and Adam's foam block to apply. I use it straight up or 1:1.

Another great video. I'm a recent Perl convert myself. It simply works and looks great.

I also rebelled against CarPro Perl for over a year but recently bought some and there's no comparison - CarPro Perl is the best I've ever used - period. It goes on really easy and is not shiny at all. I use it on tires and black plastic on my 911 and it works better than anything else I've tried.

Perl Pro Tip #1 use a dedicated soft bristle short hair brush to apply Perl then onto on the work piece results in great coverage & results on tires

Matt I'm finding it increasingly useful to re-watch these product reviews if only to pick up on the secondary points you make. In this instance it was the use of the Adams dispenser for the pearl bottle - great idea and I have them to hand to easy to implement. As to the primary point of the product review I still agree that it is an excellent product and gives a great finish. Regards, Kevin

Excellent product! it gets the tires nice and black. I use an old cyclo white pad to apply it. I can't say a bad word about it.

I have used chemical guys natural shine and provides a smooth non greasy shine. You should make a comparison and see your opinion.

Matt, first of all, these product videos are great! Please continue this series so we can get a better idea of what you'll be selling on your site. When exactly will the tire packages include that Adams tip for the Perl dressing bottle??? Any chance you'll add 2 of the tips to each box? Also, any chance you'll just be selling the Perl dressing alone??? I want to order the tire package, but will be holding off until the tip comes with the package. Keep up the great work!

The guy I think you're referring to in the beginning I think is Mike Philips, he is working with 3D products now in Stuart fl. Great guy, has his shop set up right.

Matt when do we see the shoe collection?

I heard stories of perl making trim white and hazy looking after it rains. I'm afraid to use it even though I just bought some

A detailing brush works a lot better- pour Carpro perl into a small plastic container and brush it on neat 👍

As mentioned before, you should really check out AngelWax “Elixir”. I ordered their FastFoam to replace Adam’s in the cannon and they sent me a small sample of it, which you can also order. Immediately I liked it much better than the Adam’s tire shine I was using and even more than the VRT as it’s more liquid than a thick cream. Super easy to apply, gives tires a perfect satin look without anything greasy left on them. It never looks too shiny like some other products. It also beads up a ton of water. You owe it to yourself to try it, trust me.

It seems like I have tried every tire dressing known to man and the either sling or have durability issues. I have been using Gyeon Tire and it is by far the best tire dressing I have used and it seems to last for weeks not days. But I am always up for trying new products, that what makes the detailing world fun is trying different products. How do you like the Gyeon trim, I have been wanting to try it out.

Even with the tires "clean", why The sponge becomes black?

You said you've used adams VRP, but have you used just their tire dressing?  I have tried almost all the tire dressings and found the adams tire dressing (yellow stuff) is the best by a long shot.  I might have to try this stuff but I am in love with adams stuff.  It lasts forever and even through rain storms it doesn't wash off.

I know I'm coming into this a bit on the late side since this video's been out since 2017, but as a VRT guy I've been looking for something "better." It's not that VRT is a bad product at all because it's not - I'm just not convinced it's the best product for tires if that makes sense. Been thinking about either this or Ammo Mud...maybe this is the kick I need to actually get some and try it.
