This scene brought so much feels. Not just because of the throwbacks, but mainly because of Richard himself. You feel every bit of his being while he talks---his passion, his love for his job and the whole residency program.. The hospital is basically his life.. God I love this man. He will always be the chief for me. 🥺🥺

This scene is amazing and the nostalgia these flashbacks brought. It reminds me when Hunt made it chief of surgeries, separated the residency program chief and assigned it to Webber saying he bring something to the program noone else does. that was beautiful sence no ego or spite from Hunt like bailey does.
