How would you clean feces in the tunnels and is there an issue with bacteria grow because it’s a solid surface. I imagine you could use cleaners like springtails or pull bugs to help but idk if this would work with them

Don't let your gecko eat that shit . Also it can't be cleaned . You have to replace it or worry about mold etc.

Just saying for people who want sand in their lizards tank use very fine sand, Do when they eat some sand along with their food its easier for them to digest, the sand they used was very fine so it was ok, Really guys, you think they would use non-reptile save sand?
