You didn't put flux beside the vram chips? But still we need to heat them with heat gun?

Hi, Sir. I had a HD 7850 of MSI. similar to this card. I cleaned it yesterday. but today whenI plug it to my pc the fan seems don't work when temperature is high. I remember the fan work before when tem is over 40 centi degree.
Firstly I thought the fans are all broken down. I opened the pc box and power on again and I see the fan turns for 1 second and then stopped. so I think the fans may be OK. But the card can't know the temperature.
I installed HWinfo to show the temperatures and I run Aida 64 GPU stress to check, but even it's over 80 degree, the fans just stay still. So could you please help me out? Thanks.

Hi, i have similar issue regarding my HIS 7850 graphic card

I reassembled my old pc parts since i only needed new HDD and SDD to make it work. But the thing is at first I'm unable to connect it to my monitor vga port and hdmi port on graphic card, and it says no signal on monitor screen. So i inserted it to my motherboard instead. A little tweak make things worse since it won't detect both from graphic card and motherboard.

So i take it to a local pc repair and their monitor works by inserting vga from monitor with hdmi converter to graphic card, weird. I decided to change my cable and buy new converter. I'm home now and it doesn't work again.

Any tips? Thank you!
