If you connect the dots, Roque is 100% connected to Pogo. His house was used by Pogo fugitive, he went to Pagcor with Cassie Ong who represented Lucky South 99, his ex-employee was living at the facility of Lucky South, his documents were found during the raid and Pogo grew in number during Duterte's admin with Roque as secretary. Even how good a lawyer he is, if he is guilty, he will be convicted for his crimes.
