Samsung is developing it upcoming Galaxy S10 flagship under the codename “Beyond”.The report suggests that the Galaxy S10 will arrive at CES 2019 as opposed to MWC in February or in early March.

Samsung has unveiled it S9 and S9 Plus flagship a couple of months back at Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2018 in Barcelona. Now, the rumors about the company's upcoming smartphone are already started surfacing on the web. The recent report claims that Samsung has already started working on its next premium device, which is also said to be the anniversary flagship of the company.

The report suggests that it could be the Samsung Galaxy S10. According to The Bell, South Korean giant Samsung is developing it next S series flagship under the codename "Beyond". If you remember the Samsung Galaxy S8 was named as "Dream" and the Galaxy S9 was codenamed as "Star" going with that logic "Beyond" could possibly be the Galaxy S10.
The report suggests that the Galaxy S10 will arrive at CES 2019as opposed to MWC in February or in early March. Usually, Samsung launched its Galaxy S flagship smartphones in this timeline only. However, hearing about the launch timeline of an upcoming smartphone is common, but it seems that Galaxy S10 will come early than expected.

The report also suggests that Samsung is also working with companies like Qualcomm, Synaptics, and Taiwan's Exestek to develop on-display biometric sensors. The report says Samsung has not confirmed the vendor for Galaxy S10 so far. However, it has been rumored that the company will work with multiple vendors to make sure they have sufficient FODs (Fingerprint on-display ) during mass production.
Samsung seems to be planning to introduce a 3D sensing module in the upcoming anniversary model. This feature will enable the company to add iPhone X like 3D face mapping technology to the Galaxy S10. Its been reported that the company has asked Mantis Vision and Samsung Electronics Institute of Technology to develop the 3D sensors.
The reports also claim that Samsung has asked for the shipment of components for its much-rumored foldable phone, and the device might see the limelight of the MWC 2019. The Galaxy S10 is marked as the tenth-anniversary flagship of the company. Samsung is scheduling the launch of both the devices at a different timeline so that the demand and interest will not clash at the time of launch.
