My 81 years old meat loving mum switched to almost vegetarian food thanks to the recipes. She loves her meat or fish once a week, but now asks me to cook certain vegan dishes because she loves it so much! ❤

Congrats!! When I was taking care of my dad who’s a food lover and fighting severe liver cancer, he couldn’t eat animal proteins so I ventured into vegan cooking. He hated a lot of the more bland “healthy recipes” and would get SO grumpy and sad. A lot of your recipes really helped keep him nurtured and satisfied during those days.
