Betaflight 4.1 Dump OSD Settings / Backup Restore OSD using CLI

In Betaflight 4.1, a differential dump does NOT dump your OSD preferences. But you can get around this by performing a full dump, then just grabbing your OSD settings from the output.

I always copy and paste my osd settings it's so annoying to try and set up manually each time great presentation and very useful information!
