Diet culture makes me want to avoid working out. Like sometimes I'll think I should maybe see about going for walks or something so my legs aren't feeling cramped and sore.... But then I see stuff about working out to make up for eating yummy foods and I'm like... Nah I don't wanna be part of that. I'm happy with my plump self... And when I calculated my average daily calorie intake it was basically the recommended amount of 2k... And I'm basically eating chips and candy all day between meals. Cause I don't give a fuck about my weight. I just ready what I wasn't and naturally ended up with a stable weight and calorie intake.
