I'd imagine that unit would be great for tow trucks, AAA etc. People run out of gas, they're going to run out of charge too. Better than towing the car to a charger or messing with a generator.

Gimmick? No way. It is like a safe gas can. I want a giant one for the Cybertruck to extend range while towing.

The portable charger looks too heavy (50 lbs) for individuals, but would be great for responders such as AAA.

That charging suitcase is fantastic for charging vehicles that ran out of charge on the highway. On some videos tesla owners had 1%remaining or 4% remaining. So if they runout they call the garage and the garage comes with this item and in 20 minutes there is enough charge to get to the recharge station.

The portable charger seems just the thing that a company like Hertz will need to have when they rent out their Tesla's to nubies! Mabey rent the charger as an optional extra for customers with range anxiety??

my bluetti solar setup is like that, expensive, heavy, space consuming, but nice to have when camping 6 - 10 miles a day is optimistic, and touching the car closes contactors, so bye energy, cant touch the car

Tesla Canada getting some love as they are like the forgotten Tesla people (like Buffalo Gifa Factory) but they are doing great things for us. It's good to see Tesla is hiring all over the place and those new hires really add to the advancement of the entire team. Hibar (yeah I remember you covered them) is one of those Aces that happened a few years ago that caused us to speculate vigorously about what they would be doing for Tesla. I think we can say that they have added value and they are not done yet.

As for the Fed tapering...my watchlist indicates that the market is not shaken by anything so far as Jerome did a lot of gentle leading as to what future plans were. It may all still put the breaks on this bull run, but the market being rational is not something I look for. I DO APPRECIATE you covering this for you viewers because I know these things matter, you just never know for sure how it's going to hit.

The weight of Zipcharge is a function of the amount of charge you want to be able to put in the EV. You can’t have both a light weight charger and have any useable amount of charge in it. They likely decided what the heaviest they thought people could deal with and that determined how a big a charge it could have.

Hibar changed to Tesla Toronto automation a year ago. Now they are expanding to two locations. The last video clip showing Tesla Canada is more focused on R&D and services rather than what is actually happening .

That portable charger seems like something that a tow truck or AAA truck would carry. It's not something I'd want to carry in my trunk.
