Well, it just goes to show that Software Engineering, even in America, needs to improve significantly, to create mission critical apps. This app was badly tested or not tested enough. An imperfectly/insufficiently tested engineering product would blow up in real application. A beta version of software was released for mass application. When would software companies, learn to not do it?
