Honestly if I heard singing outside my window I'd go "Haha no" and then close the blinds and lock my window.

Once (like last year) I was home alone while the rest of my family was walking to the park, suddenly as I was about to get my shoes (which were upstairs and since I hated being alone) I heard singing coming from high up and outside. I started freaking out (I was 10 and watched creepy videos okay?!) and I literally ran out of the house for a couple minutes with no shoes then came back in. I went upstairs (really sneakily) and the singing got louder. As soon as I went into my room, I could hear it way more clearly. It took me a couple minutes to even get out of the room, but then I looked out my window and saw a small child at her window singing with some sort of microphone and I felt like an idiot :P

My dad used to tell me that there was a goblin watching us at the window. I never believed it and I just laughed.

Story time
One time when I was younger, me and my brother was trying to sleep and I heard a song phrase saying “please don’t wake me now” over and over again. Then I woke up my brother and ask him “do you hear?” “no”, my brother said still half asleep, “ listen closely it’s saying please don’t wake me now.” I said. My brother listened closely and he can hear to “yea, I hear now, ” My brother said. I picked it the door to see if my big sister is pranking us but no one was there. I thought I see a dimmed light behind the door but thought to myself I was seeing stuff. And a few years later I watched a YouTube video about urban legends and one story caught my attention. “A girl was chilling in her room and heard a song phrase that she know and she was about to finish the phrase but before she does she text her friend that their is girl outside singing a phrase and Her friend immediately text back don’t finish the song phrase because that not a girl, it’s a ghost. And girl in the room read the text and she was freaked out.” And the story freaked me out and now I hear of this story.

7:13 that sounds just like a creature from Swedish mythology called “bäckahästen” (meaning the river horse) only its not a goblin, the horse form is it’s only form. There is a way to keep it away. You put a needle by the river and say a rhyme I can’t quite remember for the moment
