So over quarantine I have learned to slice every fruit, chop every vegetable, crack every nut, cut every fish, mix every drink, prepare every coffee, open every shellfish, use every Japanese knife, shape every pasta and now I'm making cakes
Edit: I know also know how to cut cheese
Yet another edit: I have the power of butchering birds now
Yet another edit: 2021 might ve been bad, but atleast I learned to shape every bread, eat every insect, and I learned how to grind some spicy spices 😎
4th edit: I've obtained the mastery of using utensils, slicing meat, and making sushi.

Bill telling me that it's no problem to make mistakes, that I can just do it again and that these techniques are super easy and that everyone can do them... he's the Bob Ross of baking, isn't he?

This guy has such a soothing voice and his cakes do seem to have a 'grandma' feel to them. He's got a calming presence. Not quite Bob Ross but something along those lines.

My Surgery professor: Tell me the instruments used in cortical mastoidectomy. *Can't answer that.
Epicurious: Tell me the tools used in baking a cake. Me - Yeah, the paddle, the turntable, the cardboard cut out and everything else..

As a food scientist this channel is amazing! Perfect to understood some common problems or some common questions, it can be nice that you introduce more about molecular gastronomy an interesting topic, but I really admire the energy that everyone has
