I was introduced to metal with christian lyrics in 1987 when a woman I met mailed me Tempest, Whitecross, and Bloodgood. Since then I have amassed close to 1000 cassettes. Great music and so many people I shared it with fell in love with the various bands, as soon as they discovered they lyrical content they lost interest. It is a shame that because of lyrical content some of the best music I have heard never makes it main stream. Sadly I have artists that you can not find a cassette or cd for. Lost in the storm of discrimination. Side note the woman I met in 1988 we met again in 2006 and been married ever since.
