Many times we are working with Text files in Excel and the date is there that is formatted according to the source data, but after opening it in excel date getting changes as per the local system date format where the month is treated as day and day is treated as a month.

This is a long process, simple is once 1-jan-21 is there in field then delete rest, and then drag to bottom from next down column from 1-jan -21 (saves more time)
