There was an arcade at my local mall when I was a kid called, Tilt, that was always packed! Sad to see it dwindle out and then go out of business. Glad we can still emulate these games. Built a bartop just to get the old experience 🙌🏻

When I was younger, it was common to go Arcade Game Halls after school. Dragon Lair, Star Wars, Pac-Man, Missile Command, Space Invaders, Centipede, .. and those great ones.. I love those times..

Air gallet is pronounced garret because in japanese L's are pronounced as R's thats why GODZILLA is said GOJIRA, its just a linguistic thing
Although GODZILLA was kinda reverse engineered for western audiences, its actually Gojira

Thanks for this. The only AAA gaming I do anymore is on steam. Most of the time I'm on my raspberry pie or one of my emulator handhelds. When you or other people i sub to showcase old school games I write down the ones I think I will like and then find them on one of my emulator devices. So well said, the reason I fell back in love with my Dreamcast was because as a father of 2 I only get 15-30mins to play at a time usually and I want to turn on my system be playing immediately and never stop until it’s time to turn off the machine. All these new games are just to much of a commitment, I remember when single player games where like 20-30 hours MAX and shooters were like 6-8 hours first time, anyway I’m a grandpa at heart so …
