People have not voted for Amaravati. YCP was defeated for other reasons. The capital city of AP should be decided by 100% people of AP, not with an absolute majority of TDP or YCP. For this, a commission ( the Sivaramakrishnan Committee) taking the people's opinion has already rejected a capital between Guntur and Vijayawada. Amaravati with nine cities can not be built even with an American budget for 70 years. Amaravati, a fertile area, is not suitable for strong concrete constructions and moreover cost-consuming
