Why Eren after getting Founder titan didn't stop Zeke's titan?

If all Titans just stopped, it'd cause confuse. Eren wanted his friends' to kill him so that Eldia would be heros that saved the world from destruction, after all they did. The squad killing Eren gave story and meaning to Eren's actions. (Irl n in verse)

I agree that it definitely isn't a plot hole. People seem to have forgotten what the actual definition of that term is and apply it to everything that doesn't have an immediate explanation.

Especially with this example where both Armin and Yelena point out how strange it is that the pure titans seem to be given free reign. If the author is willing to go out of his way to have characters point out the strangeness of something - that means there's intent behind it.

Another possible explanation is that Eren wants a complete reformation of the military on Paradis, and forcing his friends to kill all the pure titans ensures that the remaining Jaegerists will take control of the military post-rumbling. But I do like the theory posed in this video too.

If he did that, no one knows if the wall titans revert back before rumbling began.
