He did this because he is done, last thing I've seen COVID got him and he'll never be the same, so congrats to him for checking out at the top. T bills are around 5% APR, 5% of $200 mil is $10 mil a year no risk ... he'll have to cut back a little, or a lot, but he's set for life.
