I'm not a fan of Amazon and their unethical monopoly practices, however saying Amazon adds fillers to supplement without providing any evidence sounds shady. And are you really going to try to fearmonger us on expired supplements? I can't believe I'm having to defend this parasite company, however they sell tons of 3rd party tested brands that include most brands in your video. The fact is that selling on Amazon is costly and the margins are very low. Buying directly help support the channel and is more profitable. Just say that! Make sure you're buying supplements that are 3rd party tested. The FDA is not policing these people.

I agree with testing but a lot people can't afford it.

This is one of the most mature videos you have ever made. You are speaking absolute truth, the same things you would say to your friends at a private table. This is very respectable.

I personally went through a very long list of supplements to improve the symptoms of GAD. Considering I have thyroid problems (high antibodies) as well as adrenal gland problems (high cortisol) - they are some of the nuances to keep in mind in order to make the best possible supplement stack. For example I have discontinued taking panax ginseng because one of it's side effects is effecting blood pressure (and I already have a high blood pressure). High workout intensity also take part.

My current stack for brain/hormone health is taking 250 mg emodin 95%, 800 mg holy basil leaf, 400 mg tongkat ali, 200 mg of l-theanine in the morning (will add rhodiola rosea on top). Also 240 mg of Shoden ashwagandha and magnesium glycinate in the evening.
Emodin, holy basil, tongkat ali, rhodiola and ashwagandha must be cycled - I find that 5 days on, 2 days off is one of the best approaches. I also find that kava kava really helps as a momentarily solution when I find myself super stressed. For those who are dealing with similar axiety/high stress problems and need extra help to stay productive and focused all day, you can try 100-200 mg of phenilpiracetam in the morning, it really works (just DON'T do it daily).

"Hello, doctor. I have ADHD and depression. For depression, I take the antidepressant medication escitalopram/mylan 20 mg. If I take the supplement l-theanine, will it be compatible with the antidepressant pill or will it have any side effects? Thank you in advance

I had powerful effects within half an hour from taking magnesium threonate, tyrosine, 5 HTP, choline and theanine. I'm really hypersensitive in general and presumably I was magnesium and dopamine deficient. Definitely didn't have to wait a few days for effects, I was sedated for hours the first time I took 1000mg of mg threonate, I reduced the dosage to like 50mg or something and I had to build up really slowly

What tests do I need to ask for to find out what my deficiencies and overproduction levels are, and what type of doctor do I need to get? I feel like there are too many mental health professionals "trying to" treat issues without doing proper testing for imaging and blood work and not connecting themselves and client/patient with the proper provider teams for testing; lack of holistic health care team interactions

I was waiting for you to lead us to the good vitamins where we can get them at. This is 1 of my biggest concerns when I buy a supplement is whether or not it is real or any good. I hope you'll be able to tell us either how to tell or where we can get these excellent vitamins. Let's face it they've destroyed the food in this country. And if you do find real food in this country of the USA in these areas that are urban it's going to cost you way beyond when a person can afford

Do you think some useful supplements such as L-Theanine / Ashwagandha, etc.. will run to a shortage in the foreseeable future? We are already seeing it happen with Proper ADHD prescribed drugs. Thanks for the cool videos !!

I always try to buy liquid supplements now because the body finds it hard to digest lucky if you get 20% from a pill but with liquid or drops 💧 don’t have that problem

My son currently takes L-Theanine as a supplement for his ADHD. How effective are the drops vs the capsules? He prefers the drops.

Do you see patients out of state? I live in michigan, so how would blood testing and treatment work?

I wanted to ask a question about a vid you posted 7 mths ago an ashwagandha and l-theanine, can you take both at the same time or do you have to chose one or the other ?

this man is a grifter
- he is an naturopathic 'doctor' not an MD, doesn't bother to say in his 'about' on his youtube page
- he advertises brand products and gets paid when you click his links for things often with weak evidence, as opposed to inform you about generic names
