This is going on everywhere but doesn't mean we should accept.

This is extremely unfair to those who work hard but get peanuts. They should advertise the salary in the job description. That way people can avoid low paying jobs.

And if he's getting that kind of salary for doing nothing then company is not using him properly. Poor management. They are setting a wrong precedent.
