Not true, the king of suadi Arabia doesn't have one, the Sultan of Brunei doesn't have one, the king of Bahrain, the Jordanian king, the Sultan of Oman and king of Thailand, they all reportedly don't have passports .

Do you forget the King of the Kingdom of Vatican, her Majesty Pope! In opposite to the other Kingdoms he can fly free from her neighbor Republic of Italy with Air Italy, the back flight make the visited country (to Republic of Italy) after the Kingdom of Vatican haven't an airfield.
