I have a freezer exactly like this but I am a bit confused on the process of raising the temp with the thermostat. Can you explain a little more in-depth and show how to do that part? Thank you!

Nice and simple, lot to be said for that. Would you consider leaving that co2 set up inside it looks like it could fit if you wanted? Additionally, have you considered monting ervng taps to the underside of the door so he have some what of a serving station ready to go whenever you open?
