Quite amazingly, that same day they played this Atlantic Records show, the band flew down to Austin, Texas to fulfill a gig obligation in a fairly small club called the Backroom. Great club for live music, and I was about 8-9 yards from the band/stage, and despite likely being tired, they gave it their all!

I remember being sure they would cancel the Austin show when I learned they were supposed to play the Atlantic Anniversary earlier that same day, but they didn't. It was sadly the only time I got to see Emerson play live, but no complaints as it was almost like he played in my living room (were my living room fairly good sized).

America / Blue Rondo alla Turk (incl. Flight of the Bumblebee, Toccatta and Fugue and drum solo)
The drum solo was abridged for the purposes of the broadcast.
