Haunting new video shows Jay Slater topless just hours before vanishing in Tenerife wilderness

Bombshell new footage shows missing Jay Slater dancing at a rave hours before he vanished in Tenerife.

Jay, 19, can be seen topless on a packed nightclub dance floor with a bag slung around his neck as music blares out.

Jay vanished on Monday while on holiday with two friends for a festival after he left the closing event on Sunday with two people he'd just met.

After going back to their accommodation in in Rural de Teno park, Jay missed the bus home on Monday morning and was faced with a 10-hour walk.

He made a panicked phone call to pal Lucy Law to tell her he was lost in the middle of nowhere, his phone was about to die and he needed water.

I think most of the comments are very cruel and vicious. A young man is missing and his family are distraught. This is terrible situation for any family regardless of their backgrounds. I hope Jay can still be found. My heart goes out to them.

His mates who he went with should of stopped him from going off with these 2 people. But he himself should of never of thought about doing a 10 hour hike in the middle of summer on the island of Tenerife. I wouldnt do a 10 hour hike in the sun in this country and he would of been clearly under prepared for it and also probably hungover or still drunk from the night before. The people whos house he went to its their responsibility to get him back to civilization they invited him right out there but ultimately he only has himself to blame in all this.

Jay Slater, 18, of Fountains Way, ACCRINGTON - 18 month community order with 25 days rehabilitation activities and 150 hours unpaid work. Convicted of s18 wounding with the intent to cause grievous bodily harm and violent disorder in August 2023, when he was aged 18. He is now 19.

Tom Hilton, who was 17 at the time of the attack, suffered a head injury so serious his skull was exposed, and wounds to his shoulders and legs in the attack close to the Old Paper Mill in Hermitage Street, Rishton, in August 2021.
