Do you need the vr30 front diff or will it work with the g37 from diff?

Is it possible for the dealership to reprogram the vr30 tcm with g37 software? And do you get vibration if you don’t use the drive shaft spacer?

Just curious, what is the hardness of the new trans mount that comes with the kit?….is it near stock durometer rating? Similiar to the Z1 poly mount? Or somewhere in between?
