The best thing of him is he always gives advice depend on your economy and family, you can watch his recipes from Asia, Africa or Europe, you can be rich middle class or poor but still you can follow his recipes and eat tasty+nutrients food.... The few negative comments are appalling, just people looking to find fault. It’s FOOD, and what one loves, someone else hates. And you can cook things however YOU want, baked or deep fried. Some people just need to get a life. If you don’t like how Jamie cooks, don’t watch, and leave the negativity out.or invent yourself a recipe you do like. Smh
