SCP 674 is a "Zapper" light gun peripheral for the Nintendo Entertainment System, consistent with other models that were bundled with the NES in North America after 1985.
When SCP674 is aimed and fired at any video screen, the user perceives that he or she has fired a shot into the displayed scene. Any physical object within the scene, whether live or previously recorded, will react appropriately in context. People who are shot will appear to die or be wounded, and other people in the scene will duck, take cover or flee off camera.

For people that don’t know the backstory:
A long time ago, two kids were playing on a Xbox, one of them found a Nintendo gun, and had an idea, he shot one of the characters in the game and that person was dead, he shot the other character and that person was dead. His sister didn’t see that for some reason
When they went home, their uncle found that gun and also had an idea, he never liked the president, so he decided to shoot him on tv, but he died on camera, this shocked him and he decided to shoot another person on tv, and that person died as well. He started getting confused from what had happened, and he has been tracked by the FBI.
He set cameras around his house in case if they came, after 45 mins, they have arrived and he started shooting and they all died, as he shot the last person, the FBI rushed into his house.
But he had killed them so this had confused him, he told everything he had done, but they didn’t know what he was talking about, when he said he killed the president, they said that the president is fine and was in an election at that time.
After he had went to prison, they noticed the toy gun, and figured out what it does.
So it is now contained in the SCP foundation right now.
